Preferred Powerwash, Paint & Stain has been in business for over 20 years. We are a licensed and fully insured contractor and have been doing business with NJ Transit for over 7 years.

We are currently located in the Lakewood, NJ Industrial Park and offer our services across New Jersey. We have satisfied thousands of residential and commercial clients in all phases of hot water power washing, interior and exterior painting/staining as well as property maintenance.

Our owners personally meet with you to do your estimate. We use a hot water light steam power wash and all of our soaps are biodegradable which are all child, pet and landscape friendly products. We use brand name paints and stains to help maintain the look and durability to your biggest investment, your property. Some of those brands being, Sherwin Williams, Cabot, Behr, Benjamin Moore, and others.

We have two divisions - one for power washing and one for painting/staining - to ensure you receive a professionally trained expert on each of your jobs. We pride ourselves in our expertise in all phases of power washing, painting and staining as well as customer service.
