Preferred Powerwash, Paint & Stain has been in business for over 20 years. We are a licensed and fully insured contractor and have been doing business with NJ Transit for over 7 years.

We are currently located in the Lakewood, NJ Industrial Park and offer our services across the Tri-State area. We have satisfied commercial & residential clients in all phases of hot water power washing, exterior / interior painting and staining.

The owners or managers personally meet with you to do your estimate. We use HOT water & steam on all of our powerwash jobs. The soaps we use are biodegradable and eco-friendly which means they are safe to children, plants & animals. We use quality paints and stains to help maintain the look & durability of your biggest investment, your property.
