Building maintenance – it’s a service that every building requires. In reality, several services can be included under the “building maintenance” heading. You could hire a different company for each of these services individually, but doesn’t it make more sense to have one company handle it all? We can take care of all your maintenance requirements.
Here are a few things to keep in mind when choosing a company to handle these services for you:
- Make sure they have proper insurance coverage. The company you hire will have workers throughout your building doing various types of work, and there is always the potential of an accident that causes property damage or personal injury. You should ask to see proof of this coverage as part of the interview process. We are fully insured for property and liability, and we are happy to show you those documents.
- Check their experience. Commercial building maintenance is not a job for amateurs or the local “handyman”. You want a company that has experience in a wide variety of areas, and crews that can handle whatever comes up regardless of how big or small the task is. We have years of experience in all kinds of commercial and industrial environments, and we have the crews and equipment to do any job professionally.
- Check references. If a company claims to have a lot of experience, they should be able to provide a list of satisfied customers (past and present). We have been doing building maintenance for multiple clients for years, and are happy to provide references as to the efficiency and quality of our work.

- Mold removal – This is a big one, and it’s very important for your building and your company. Mold that is allowed to remain in place not only compromises the integrity of your building and equipment, it also has the potential to cause some medical problems for you and your employees. We do a complete assessment of your building to locate each place where mold has the potential to grow, or perhaps is already growing. We remove the mold, as well as the source of the moisture/humidity that allowed it to start growing initially.
- Sheetrock – This is a standard part of our building maintenance service. Anywhere groups of people are located and working together, accidents will eventually happen and walls will get damaged. We can install new sheetrock, perform repairs, and take care of any spackling that needs to be done.
- Ceilings – We are experts in the area of dropped ceilings. If you have a part of your building that is unfinished, and you want to use it as office space, we can quickly install a dropped ceiling so that the area becomes a professional environment. We can also perform repairs on any dropped ceilings you may already have.
- Windows – This is another service that is generally ongoing. Windows break. Whether by accident, vandalism, or some other reason, at some point you will need to have a window replaced. Sometimes it is not the glass pane that breaks, but the mechanical hardware. We have handled many of these and can take care of it for you easily. We can also clean your building’s windows on a regular schedule or as needed.
