Commercial concrete cleaning is a service that we have been performing regularly for business owners for several years. When a customer visits your place of business, the first impression is extremely important in determining whether or not they decide to do business with you. The first step in our process is to remove any foreign material from the concrete – any type of litter, chewing gum, grass growing between the seams, etc. When this stuff is removed from the concrete and collected in one place, you might be surprised at how much was out there littering your property.

The next step is to do the actual commercial concrete cleaning. For this process, we use high-power pressure washing equipment. Our equipment is not like a machine you can rent from the local hardware (those small power washers usually don't generate sufficient power to do the job properly). Our pressure washers are high-powered, and we actually use hot water instead of cold water. Hot water is much more effective for work like this.

We also use a soap agent that is specifically designed for commercial concrete cleaning. Due to the nature of concrete, this type of work requires more than the standard cleaning agents. Since we've been doing this for years, we know exactly what works and what kind of results to expect.

When we have finished pressure washing the entire concrete area, you will probably be surprised at how it looks. Chances are you haven't seen it looking like that since the day the concrete was originally poured. If you're impressed with the revitalized appearance, your customers will be also.

The final step in our commercial concrete cleaning process is to apply a sealant. We use a special sealer chemical that is designed specifically for concrete, and it protects the new look from absorbing any new stains such as oil, grease, or any other liquid or matter that could potentially be spilled. The sealant also provides a layer of protection from the relentless heat of the summertime sun, which means it will last longer before needing repairs or replacement.
