• Pressure washing – Pressure washing (also called power washing) is one of our premier services, and also one of our most popular. There are other companies that perform what they call "pressure washing", but we do this a little differently. First of all, we use commercial machines that offer much higher pressure ranges – the higher the controlled pressure, the more completely the cleaning is done. Also, while most other companies use cold water, we use hot water for all of our pressure washing jobs. This allows the heat itself to do some of the cleaning. The results are fantastic.
• Mold removal – This is another major job. Mold can cause a lot of problems in a building, and for some people it can bring on a severe medical reaction. We locate the mold and eliminate it, as well as the conditions that allowed it to grow in the first place. Your employees will be able to breathe again.
• Commercial painting – We offer both interior and exterior commercial painting. We are well aware that jobs like this have to be completed within a certain time window so that your business routine can get back to normal. We are rigid in our resolve to get the job done by our stated finish date. Just as importantly, the job must be done right the first time.
• Industrial painting – This is a specialty type of work, and it's not the kind of job that the average painter can take on successfully. Industrial painting requires crews that are highly trained to work in the widely varying conditions of an industrial setting (such as the roof of a warehouse, a food processing plant, or under a big bridge). Another requirement is to have the equipment to be able to handle this type of work. A typical residential painter (and even most commercial painters) do not have sufficient skills or resources to do industrial painting. We have been doing this successfully for years.
• Commercial spray painting – This is another type of job that requires some specialized skills and equipment. Commercial spray painting carries with it a risk of injury for someone that is not experienced. We can handle commercial spray painting jobs of virtually any size. Some of these jobs also fall into the "industrial" category.
• House painting – In addition to all of our large commercial and industrial jobs, we also do a lot of residential house painting each year. We have that entire process down to a specific step by step routine, so we can have your house looking brand new within a very short period of time.
• Building maintenance – If you own a commercial building such as an office building or a restaurant (or any other type of commercial structure), you know that there are jobs that come up that require some special skills and/or equipment. Why go searching for a company whenever this work needs to be done? We can handle mold removal (interior or exterior), sheetrock installation or repair, dropped ceiling installation or repair, window replacement, or virtually anything else involved in keeping your commercial location running smoothly.
• Commercial concrete cleaning – The concrete walkway or sidewalk leading up to your front door could be the first impression that your customers get before coming into your place of business. When that sidewalk has old chewing gum, graffiti and old, dirty concrete, it hurts your image. When we get finished cleaning your concrete, it will look like new. Many building owners tell us that they didn't even realize how dirty the concrete had gotten until they saw it clean again.
